Tanya Minasian, D.O., FACOS, FACS is a pediatric neurosurgeon and assistant professor at Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital, a Level 1 Adult and Pediatric Trauma receiving center for San Bernardino, Riverside and Inyo counties in Southern California.
She completed her fellowship at the esteemed pediatric neurosurgery program at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, working with her mentors Dr. Mark Krieger and Dr. Gordon McComb. Concurrently, she was also a clinical instructor at the University of Southern California.
Dr. Minasian has several peer reviewed publications, and has given multiple presentations and lectures at meetings of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons- Pediatric Section, California Association of Neurological Surgeons, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Western University of Health Sciences, and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
Special academic interests include the management of pediatric traumatic brain injury, Chiari malformations, endoscopic techniques in the management of cerebrospinal fluid dynamics, craniofacial reconstruction, and pediatric neuro-oncology.
