Upon completion, participant will be able to understand how prevalent burnout is in modern medical practice
Upon completion, participant will be able to define burnout and describe the various causes of burnout.
Upon completion, participant will understand how the EHR has led to worsening burnout as an unintended consequence of its implementation.
Upon completion, particpant will be able to summarize treatment for burnout and understand that both individual and instiitutional reforms are needed to prevent burnout.
